First National Bank provides a fraud alert messaging service, which will notify you via text message, email, or automated call if there appears to be a suspicious activity taking place with your debit card. As an FNB customer, you are automatically enrolled in this service.
To ensure First National Bank Fraud Alert is able to contact you should suspicious activity occur, please notify FNB Operations at (205) 921-5252 in the event of a change in your contact information (i.e. phone number and email address).
If your debit card is lost or stolen, it is important to turn it off as soon as possible.
If you have access to the FNB Mobile App, log in and select Menu > Manage Cards. Select the lost or stolen card and choose Turn Off Card. Then, contact our Operations Center at (205) 921-5252 to let us know. We can assist you with getting an instant-issue replacement debit card.
If you do not have access to the Mobile App, call our Operations Center at (205) 921-5252 immediately so we can turn off your card and assist you with an instant-issue replacement debit card.
If your card is lost or stolen after hours, call 1-844-202-5333 and select Option 1.
Yes! First National Bank offers instant-issue debit cards, so you can get a new debit card printed the same day.

Yes! You can use your FNB debit card while traveling. Before your trip, we recommend letting us know your travel plans to help avoid any interruptions when using your card.
